TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BOOKINGS

All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once a deposit has been received and confirmed by Made Luxury Chauffeurs.

The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring all booking details are accurate, including pickup addresses, dates, times, passenger numbers and contact information.

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.

Standard bookings require a £50 deposit unless otherwise agreed.

The remaining balance must be paid before travel or upon vehicle arrival, as instructed by Made Luxury Chauffeurs.

Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.

CANCELLATIONS

Deposits are strictly non-refundable.

Customers may request to move their booking to another date, subject to availability.

Made Luxury Chauffeurs reserves the right to refuse date changes where sufficient notice is not provided or where availability does not allow.

VEHICLE USE

Vehicles must be treated respectfully at all times.

Customers are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or members of their party.

Any excessive cleaning, damage, vandalism or misuse of the vehicle may result in additional charges.

SMOKING POLICY

Smoking, vaping and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside all vehicles.

Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the booking without refund.

ALCOHOL

Alcohol may only be consumed by passengers aged 18 years or over.

Proof of age may be requested.

Made Luxury Chauffeurs reserves the right to refuse alcohol consumption where passenger behaviour presents a safety concern.

PASSENGER CONDUCT

Passengers must behave in a safe and respectful manner at all times.

Drivers reserve the right to terminate a journey without refund where passengers become abusive, aggressive, intoxicated, unsafe or engage in illegal activity.

DELAYS AND TRAFFIC

Made Luxury Chauffeurs will make every reasonable effort to arrive on time. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by traffic, road closures, accidents, severe weather, police incidents or circumstances beyond our control.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate flight information.

Made Luxury Chauffeurs cannot be held responsible for missed flights resulting from incorrect booking information supplied by the customer.

WAITING TIME

Waiting time may be included depending on the service booked.

Additional waiting time beyond the agreed booking period may be charged at the applicable hourly rate.

CHILDREN

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

Customers requiring child seats must notify Made Luxury Chauffeurs at the time of booking.

BIRTHDAY AND SPECIAL OCCASION DECORATIONS

Decorations are supplied as described and may vary slightly depending on availability.

Custom themes, colours and decoration requests should be discussed at the time of booking.

FOOD AND DRINK

Complimentary refreshments may be included with selected packages.

Any excessive spillages requiring specialist cleaning may result in additional charges.

LIABILITY

Made Luxury Chauffeurs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

Personal belongings remain the responsibility of the passenger at all times.

LOST PROPERTY

Any property left in a vehicle will be retained where possible and returned to the owner.

Additional delivery or postage charges may apply.

FORCE MAJEURE

Made Luxury Chauffeurs shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Made Luxury Chauffeurs reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a booking where customer behaviour presents a risk to the driver, vehicle, passengers or the public.

PRIVACY

Customer information will only be used for booking administration and service delivery.

Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties except where required by law.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
